The Malta Individual Programme (MIIP) focuses on high-net-worth individuals and their families currently residing outside the EU. Following a thorough due diligence process and significant contribution, the programme offers citizen status in a secure EU Member state.
1. Contribution to National Development and Social Fund

2. A commitment to retain a residence in Malta for a period of at least five (5) years, either through the purchasing or leasing of property. In both cases, the minimum value must exceed €350,000 for purchases and €16,000 p.a. in the case of rental.)
3. An investment in Government approved financial institutions of €150,000, which must also be maintained for a period of five (5) years.
4. Proof of residence in Malta for a period of twelve (12) months prior to the grant of the certificate of naturalisation.
All applicants will be subject to a thorough due-diligence process to ensure the reputability of candidates.
